Elizabeth Caspian, MD is a medical doctor, licensed by the Arizona Board of Medicine since September 2000 (after passing the United States Medical Licensure Exam Parts, I, II, III on her first attempt June 1996; and completing her 4 year Psychiatry Residency Training July 2000). Dr. Caspian Is credentialed by Health Choice Integrated Care as an independent contractor; she works part-time for state/federal funded behavioral health clinics in rural Northern Arizona. Her services has made psychiatric care available to thousands of people who would have waited more than 75 days to wait to be evaluated by a psychiatrist in this underserved region. Dr. Caspian has been a leader in providing telemedicine visits; she finds telehealth coaching to be an exceptional method of delivering convenient, compassionate care with ease for clients and for providers.

Dr. Caspian works with West Yavapai Gudance Clinic (WYGC) as a telemedicine provider for state/federal funded recipients. Spring 2015, staff support leader/trainer was added to her position. Dr. Caspian is working closely with the COO and the Medical Director to bring innovative programs to their clinical and leadership staff. We are currently working on a strategy to bring eiPeople Coaching Services to WYGC. Dr. Caspian is also a peer review specialist at WYGC, helping providers to meets state/federal chart documentation requirments.
